Atlantisite Otter by Loren Tsalabutie

A purple spotted, white veined, olive and yellow green colored atlantisite otter carved by Loren Tsalabutie looking to its right side with turquoise inlaid eyes as it holds a small shell in its right front raised paw. Loren has carved the otter so that it stands perfectly on three legs and it helps that the long tail extending upwards and outwards creates a counter balance of sorts. The otter symbolizes the inner child in us all - celebrating joy in life's simple pleasures, passion for the things that your heart desires, and freedom to do what your instincts are telling you. Atlantisite is a rare, vibrant green and purple metamorphic rock composed of serpentinite and stichtite, primarily sourced from Tasmania, Australia. Atlantisite combines the properties of both minerals and is associated with ancient knowledge and heart healing.
