A small beautiful low-to-the-ground iridescent abalone frog carved by Troy Sice with hand made lapis dot eyes inlaid to the protruding eye sockets. Troy added twelve dots to the frog's back where the iridescence prevails the most. The Zuni believe the frog is a reminder that we are all the same - development wise - we begin as tiny fishlike creatures in the womb then we evolve from swimmers to creatures of the land. The frogs sings its song reminding us of our watery beginning. Artist: Troy Sice (signed) Size: 3/4 in. wide x 7/8 in. long x 3/16 in. tall #64587
