Picasso Marble Wolf by Garrick Acque

A gray, brown and black veined Picasso marble wolf carved by Garrick Acque with turquoise inlaid eyes. Garrick carved the feet as two simplified forms and created a long tail to bring up the rear. The wolf was polished then Garrick incised decorative lines on top - creating an arrowhead behind the wolf's neck and feathers on the tail. Wolf medicine reminds us to share our knowledge for the benefit of all - to be teachers and pathfinders and to enjoy the journey that life presents. Wolf teaches everyone about the importance of loyalty. Artist: Garrick Acque (signed) Size: 1/2 in. wide x 4 in. long x 7/8 in. tall #63901
