A striking larger than life two tone purple and white streaked Mexican opal otter standing upright balancing on its right hind leg and foot as it looks to its right side with small round turquoise inlaid eyes. Carved by Loren Tsalabutie - all the otter's legs and feet are carved in wonderful dimension with the long tail bringing up the rear tapering off to a point on the otter's left side. Loren has achieved a striking balance with this fine carving. He has told Sunshine Studio that the otter is his favorite animal to carve.
