Picasso Marble Buffalo by Clive Hustito

A large detailed cream, tan, gray, black and brown veined Picasso marble buffalo carved by Clive Hustito looking slightly to its left side with rounded turquoise inlaid eyes. The feet are carved in the round with the horns carved in high relief from the same stone. Clive has incised a chip carve technique on the buffalo's mane with the rump, horns, tail and legs left smooth - creating a striking contrast. The meaning of the buffalo is to help mankind overcome all obstacles, build emotional courage and physical strength - to bring abundance and initiate prayerfulness.
