Picasso Marble Lizard by Bernie Laselute

A small detailed gray Picasso marble lizard looking to its right side with turquoise inlaid eyes carved by the miniature realist Bernie Laselute. Bernie has incised circles on the lizard's body then incised small lines on the tail that wraps around to the right side of the lizard's body - all the way to its right leg. The lizard stands on a small rock base that allows the feet to be carved in the round. Lizards are associated with healing, survival and protection - especially of children - as well as prosperity, renewal, good luck and also masculinity.
