Onyx Bobcat by Leland Boone and Daphne Quam

A plump muted cream, gray and greenish brown veined onyx bobcat with turquoise inlaid eyes carved by Leland Boone and Daphne Quam. Daphne has added her heart shaped spiny oyster arrowhead to the top of the bobcat's back with sinew then she placed two turquoise beads on top of it. Note: The couple left a crystanline void on the back end right under the tail. To the Zuni, the bobcat is the prey God of the south - honored by the Zuni for being elusive, intelligent and a solitary and independent hunter.
