Antler Coyote With Badger by Robert Michael Weahkee

An antler coyote and a badger who depict a real life story about a duo spotted on a video camera in San Francisco. While it is not uncommon for badgers and coyotes to hunt ground dwelling creatures together, complementing each other’s hunting styles, this video is the first documentation of the two species near a man made underground pipe around February of 2020. Robert so creatively carved the coyote from a slivered off piece of antler then carved a badger who could conveniently fit in the rounded void. The placement will depend on the person who buys the carving but just know that the coyote can not stand; rather it is meant to lay on its side with turquoise inlaid eyes and burnished snout.
