Picasso Marble Badger by Jayne Quam

A prominent gray, tan and cream colored badger with an upturned snout and turquoise inlaid eyes that look up at the viewer - carved by Jayne Quam. Jayne has added her bits of shell and rock to the top of the badger's back then added ground chrysocolla bits - most notably around the three pen shell triangles. All the stones and shell are then sanded and polished creating this artist's unique cloisonné style. Badger medicine bolsters one's defenses; most especially self preservation skills by focusing/guiding the spirit to be more tenacious and grounded when working towards a goal.
