Antler Badger by Troy Sice

A large prominent gray and cream colored antler badger with pen shell inlaid eyes, burnished ears and bulbous snout carved by Troy Sice to balance on both feet - thanks to the hefty sized feet! On the back side, Troy has incised lines leading up to the raised, burnished badger stripe - almost appearing like a cloak with burnished edges just above the feet and on the badger's tail. Of note is the sixteen Mediterranean coral hand made dot necklace with a Ethiopian green opal tear drop shaped pendant. This stone was all the buzz at this year's winter Tucson Gem and Mineral Show. Badger medicine bolsters one's defenses; most especially self preservation skills by focusing/guiding the spirit to be more tenacious and grounded when working towards a goal.
