Picasso Marble Badger by Kevin Quam, Deceased

A striking low-to-the-ground gray, brown and cream colored Picasso marble badger with turquoise inlaid eyes carved by Kevin Quam. Kevin has incised a badger stripe in low relief - then he incised fur on both sides of it. Also a simple offering bundle adorns the top of the badger's back with sinew - featuring two turquoise beads on each side of one branch coral. Badger medicine bolsters one's defenses; most especially self preservation skills by focusing/guiding the spirit to be more tenacious and grounded when working towards a goal. Artist: Kevin Quam, Deceased (signed) Size: 1-3/8 in. long x 2-1/2 in. long x 1-1/4 in. tall #61687
