White Marble Horse by Abby Quam and Clayton Panteah

A white crystal Italian marble horse with sparkle and gray veins carved by Abby Quam and her partner Clayton Panteah. The horse has turquoise inlaid eyes and healing heart line. This is a bigger carving for the couple to make - which appears to be where their new work is headed. The horse represents the power of the animal world literally "harnessed" for the benefit of the human race. Horse medicine calls one to expand one's own potential abilities, tethering control of the environment, inter-species communication and offers us a good example of cooperation. The Zuni believe the horse has healing powers. Artist: Abby Quam and Clayton Panteah (signed) Size: 3/4 in. wide x 2-5/8 in. long x 1-5/8 in. tall #61684
