Wild Horse Rock Wolf by Lance Cheama

A dark maroon, cream and dark brown colored wild horse rock wolf carved by Lance Cheama. Lanced has incised fur on the tail and added whiskers and lines around the back of the neck - otherwise the wolf is smooth and nicely polished. The wolf to the Zuni is the guardian and master of the East - associated with courage, strength, loyalty, and success in hunting. Wolf medicine reminds us to share our knowledge for the benefit of all - to be teachers and pathfinders and to enjoy the journey that life presents.
