Appearances of cracks and chips aren't due to damage (unless otherwise specified in the description or images); they're just another wonderful attribute created through the natural formation process. It's important to choose the item that calls to you, which is why we take images/videos of the exact item you will receive; however, please note that differences in viewing devices mean that the item you receive may be slightly different in color from the picture.
