Read More 6012-2RS Ball Bearing The 6012-2RS Ball Bearing is a deep groove ball bearing designed for industrial applications requiring efficient rotation, reduced vibration, and dependable performance in continuous-duty equipment. Measuring 60x95x18mm, this bearing features a slimmer profile compared to traditional bearing series, making it an excellent option for systems that require compact installation without sacrificing mechanical stability. Manufactured from chrome steel and supplied factory pre-lubricated, the bearing uses double rubber seals to help retain grease while reducing exposure to external particles. Applications for the 6012-2RS The 6012-2RS is commonly used in systems combining speed, compact design, and continuous operation, including: Compact electric motors Automation equipment Industrial fans Conveyor systems Agricultural equipment Light industrial machinery Pulleys and transmission systems Continuous processing equipment The 6000 series is widely recognized for balancing mechanical efficiency and space-saving installation in industrial applications. Key Advantages of the 6012-2RS Slim bearing profile Its reduced 18mm width supports installation in equipment with limited internal space. Double rubber seals Rubber seals help retain lubrication while reducing exposure to dust and moderate moisture. Reduced operational vibration Deep groove geometry supports smoother and quieter operation during high-speed rotation. Chrome steel construction Chrome steel provides dependable mechanical strength and long-term industrial durability. Best Applications for the 6000 Series 6000 series bearings are commonly selected when a system requires: Compact structure Efficient rotational performance Lower heat generation Continuous-duty operation Reduced maintenance requirements Installation Recommendations To improve bearing performance: Maintain proper shaft alignment Avoid excessive shaft loading Monitor operating temperature Keep the system clean Inspect abnormal noise periodically PGN Bearings Product Line PGN Bearings supplies industrial components for rotating systems and mechanical power transmission applications. The product line includes ball bearings, roller chains, pillow block bearings, steel balls, and additional products developed for industrial machinery, automation systems, and high-speed equipment.
