Varrita is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist and Reiki Master. She specializes in Therapeutic Thai Bodywork. She has studied with many teachers and has traveled to Thailand multiple times to study and practice with teachers from different traditions. Thai bodywork is thousands of years old. It is done on the floor on top of a padded mat or table. The client wears comfortable clothes. Varrita works intuitively along the sen (energy) lines and uses an integration of muscular compression, pressure point therapy, gentle stretching, and joint mobility. Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the client. Thai somatic stretch is a great way to encourage balance in the body and nervous system.
