#60 Affection Print

Affection  is the 60th painting in my 5 am collection of paintings and was completed at 8:37 am on March 13 , 2024.  These Giclee Prints are printed on Cold Press white Textured Matte / 305gsm / 19 mil / 100% Cotton Rag and will be in an acid free bag and board.  What is the 5am collection? This collection of work started as my commitment to paint each day. After I read the book the 5 am club, where my biggest that away was to set time aside in the morning for yourself. Yes, sometimes I am up at 5 am painting other times it just the starting point of my day. All of the 5 am Paintings have the time of morning they were completed. They are all dated but I didn't start adding the day until February. Each painting has a number assigned to it giving it its order in the collection. I'm going to finish this series at painting 66. Another 5am club take-a-way. If I have counted correctly the last painting will be complete on March 24th 2024. I plan to release prints of these paintings in groupings of 5-10 at a time.  Out of all the paintings and series I think this one truly means the most to me, This was something I started for myself and shared on my personal Facebook page. The response has been so incredible not just the kind comments and connection people have had to my work, but it has inspired other artists.  I encourage you to give yourself 30 minutes in the morning just for you. You'll be amazed at what can happen in 30 days of doing that.  * Please allow up to 2 weeks for shipping. Thank you in advance for your support and Patience. - Darlene  That originals are scheduled to be release May 15, 2024 via an online auction.
