The UTV side by side smart switching system built into the Sierra6 goes far beyond simple on/off functionality. Each channel features intelligent monitoring that detects overloads and shorts, automatically cutting power before damage occurs. Traditional toggle switches offer no protection and require individual fusing for each circuit, creating more potential failure points and a messier installation. Which Brain Power Cable Length should I choose? For most standard installations where you can mount the brain unit directly behind your dash or switch panel location, the 3ft. option provides plenty of length while minimizing excess cable management. Choose the 10ft. option if you're running a 6-switch panel for off-road vehicles with limited dash space or prefer mounting the brain under a seat or in a rear compartment for added protection. Can I control the Sierra6 from my phone? Yes, the Sierra6 features Bluetooth connectivity that pairs with a mobile app for monitoring power draw on each channel and controlling your accessories remotely. This is especially useful for activating lights or other accessories before you reach your vehicle or for troubleshooting electrical issues from your smartphone.
