6-12KG Adjustable Kettlebell

This lightweight 6-12kg Adjustable Kettlebell co-branded with expert trainer Mark Wildman saves you money and space — no matter what exercises you (Turkish) get up to.Perfect for young athletes and newbies to kettlebell training, this kettlebell adjusts with six 1kg plates for increments ranging from 6kg (with an empty shell) to 12kg (fully loaded, babyyy) for 7 kettlebells in 1. Crafted like a competition-style kettlebell, the steel shell and iron weight plates keep the internal workings secure, so you don't have to worry about rattles and damage. And when you outgrow this baby (we believe in you!), you can graduate to the 12-20.5kg or 12-32kg Adjustable Kettlebell. We'll be so proud. *sniff, wipes tear* IMPORTANT: The Adjustable Kettlebell is a fantastic tool, but it is not recommended when a fast transition of sizes is needed since changing the weights takes 1-2 minutes. If you need two different weights for swings and overhead work, we recommend getting two adjustable kettlebells.
