A red and golden sienna colored Bruneau, Idaho quarried jasper horned toad with turquoise inlaid eyes. The toad was carved and delivered to Sunshine Studio's front porch in August of 2021 by Chris Sandoval. Chris pointed out how there are orbs in the stone - placed near the center of the back. The horned toad lizard represents longevity and self-reliance - there's a link in Zuni belief between the horned toad & lightning; deriving from the zigzag spikes & horns found on the head and ridges on the back.
