An outstanding eagle with gold-lip & turquoise inlaid eyes that look to one side, carved by Ray Tsalate, delivered to Sunshine Studio's front porch in late August of 2020. The eagle wears a 11 dot turquoise & 16 dot Mediterranean coral triple strand necklace & the wings on the back side are burnished, forming a heart shaped like cape. The Zuni believe the creator made the eagle to be a teacher for mankind - the eagle is the guardian & master of the sky - revered for its power, strength & dynamic grace.
