Elematic EL 255/200 Tensioning Station

Elematic EL 255/200 Tensioning Station (2008): Tensioning station for strengthening of hollow core precast prestressed reinforced concrete slabs. Tensionong power: 2000 kH For slabs up to 1500 mm. With a set of stops/cassettes for 4 tracks. Additional stops/cassettes can be added. Purpose: The device enables simultaneous tensioning of all reinforcement bars on a single molding bed up to the maximum allowable tension force, as well as their subsequent release. Design: A mobile trolley moves along rails from one molding bed to another. The trolley features a stationary construction with a hydraulic drive, and the upper trolley moves along the molding beds with the help of hydraulic cylinders. Performance: Pre-tensioning force: 2 × 1000 kN = 2000 kN Tensioning area: 1070 (1100) mm² Trolley movement speed (adjustable): up to 0.6 m/sec Dimensions: Length: 3300 mm Width: 2300 mm Height: 2250 mm Weight: 2500 kg Trolley weight: 1630 kg Electrical Specifications: Installed power: 15 kW Operating voltage: 3~ 380 V, 50 Hz Protection class: Motors: IP 54 Electrical equipment: cable reel/drum Control: Functions are controlled from the trolley's control panel.
