Serpentine Six Directional Figure by Travis Nieto

A super large six directional figure carved by Travis Nieto in a big piece of soft yellow, sage & deep yellow green serpentine. The six directions the Zuni venerate & the animals that represent them are the mountain lion for the North, the badger for the South, the wolf for the East, the bear for the West, the eagle for the Zenith & the mole for the Nader. Travis has carved all 6 brothers in a very pleasing composition - some in there totality and others with simply a face peaking out of the stone. All 6 of the directional brothers have opal inlaid eyes. Enjoy finding each of the six animals. This is a show stopper ya'll!
