Husqvarna Segmented Diamond Blade 534977260 20 Inch (Vari Cut S65 1 Inch Arbor 1/2 Inch Segment Height Concrete Brick Block Masonry Floor Saw)

Husqvarna Vari-Cut S65 20-Inch Segmented Turbo Diamond Masonry Saw Blade The Husqvarna Vari-Cut S65 20-Inch Segmented Turbo Diamond Masonry Saw Blade (Model 534977260) is an industrial abrasive cutting wheel engineered to slice through green concrete, cured concrete, abrasive brick, CMU cinder blocks, and asphalt over concrete. Featuring a 20-inch outer diameter, a 1-inch arbor hole with a 20mm reduction bushing, and 0.5-inch (12mm) tall diamond segments, this Silver Series blade utilizes a hybrid tri-segment layout combining Flat, Turbo, and Plus segment geometries. Designed for walk-behind concrete floor saws and high-capacity masonry saws, this wet and dry cutting disc solves undercut steel core erosion, slow feed speeds, and short blade life when cutting highly abrasive aggregates. Best Used For: Concrete Slab Expansion Joint Cutting: Slicing straight, clean expansion joints in abrasive green or cured concrete slabs using walk-behind floor saws. Abrasive Brick & CMU Block Masonry: Rapidly cutting cinder blocks, clay bricks, and soft stone masonry units to size on commercial jobsites. Asphalt Over Concrete Trenching: Cutting through asphalt overlays and underlying concrete pavement during utility trenching operations. Key Performance & Safety Features Triple Hybrid Segment Configuration: Integrates Flat, Turbo, and Plus segment profiles to protect the steel core from undercut wear in abrasive media. 12mm (0.5 in.) Extended Segment Height: Provides up to 15% faster cutting rates and up to 20% longer operational service life compared to standard blades. Visual Wear & Direction Indicators: Stamped indicators show blade direction, side clearance, cutting depth, and remaining diamond segment service life. Wet and Dry Cutting Versatility: Formulated metal bond matrix holds diamonds firmly during dry scoring or water-cooled slab cutting. Universal Floor & Masonry Saw Fitment: Standard 1-inch center arbor includes a knock-out 20mm adapter bushing for walk-behind saws and benchtop rigs. What's Included (1) Husqvarna Vari-Cut S65 20 in.
