Brown & Polson's ceramic or ironstone blanc-mange mould. This is an early advertising piece featuring a two-tiered, geometric design on the interior and a printed recipe for corn flour blanc-mange on the exterior. The mould dates from around the late Victorian or early Edwardian period. Check photos for measurements, details and condition.
