500 Sq. Ft. Economy Epoxy Flake Floor Kit INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS INSTRUCTIONAL VIDEO POTLIFE WARNING: DO NOT LEAVE MIXED EPOXY IN THE BUCKET, EPOXY WILL SET WITHIN 15 MINUTES IF LEFT IN BUCKET.  POUR ON FLOOR IN STRIPES IMMEDIATELY AFTER MIXING FOR LONGEST WORKING TIME +/- 40 MINUTES. This kit is based on installing the CFS-Intermediate Coat as your base coat, skipping the primer and broadcasting flake into the wet CFS-Intermediate Coat.  There is no primer included with this kit. (Primer is always recommended). Economy Epoxy Flake Floor Kit can cover up to 500 ft.² of floor, depending on the density and porosity of your concrete. If your concrete is soft or porous, square foot coverage may be reduced. The pigmented  base coat is not 100%UV stable and may discolor in direct sunlight so full flake coverage is recommended. 500 Sq. Ft. (Vapor barrier rated up to 3 pounds per 1000 ft.² of vapor transmission) Blended flakes of your choice, available in  1/8″ | 1/4″  Choice of optional topcoats: 3 Gallons CFS-UV Clear Epoxy Top Coat (not 100% UV Stable), easy to install, little to no odor. 10 mil thickness@ 166 sq.ft. per gallon 3 Gallons CFS-High Performance Urethane: Gloss, 100% UV stable, easy to install, high odor. 7-8 mil thickness * This is a thinner mil topcoat and will have more texture and may not be as easy to clean as the CFS-UV Clear Epoxy Top Coat. 166 sq.ft. per gallon 4 Gallons CFS-2C Polyaspartic: Two component, high gloss, 100% UV stable,  slow set, easy to install, 35-45 minute working time, very low odor. MUST BE APPLIED ON FULL FLAKE ONLY.
