This beautifully crafted Baseline bit features a Short© shank in a satin finish. The mouthpiece is our Double Cross©. This shank measures 6 3/4" overall. ***We are currently 3 - 6 weeks out for delivery on all orders, as each bit is custom-made as orders are received.*** Mouthpieces are 5 1/8” wide, made of sweet iron which promotes a moist mouth that will rust with time. Shanks are satin finish stainless steel that will not rust. “The Double Cross™ is an excellent transition bit. Really helps to prepare a colt to pack a bridle. Very soft yet makes a colt carry their noses up and down instead of pushing out. Really great for the colts that want to reach for the bridle a lot. Makes them drop the nose and bridle up.”Ted Robinson
