5HP SP1004 ShearPro Inline Rotor Stator

The ShearPro is a high intensity in-line mixer that can be used for blending, producing stable emulsions, ultra-fine dispersions, accelerating reactions, eliminating fish-eyes and hydrating polymers and gums to thicken products. The ShearPro can be customized with a variety of mixing tools to fit your process needs. Use of a double mechanical seal requires purchase of seal reservoir to ensure proper cooling and lubrication between seal faces. The ExoShear rotor stator provides a high flow rate and is commonly used in recirculating processes. Available in 3 configurations increasing in particle reduction stages. The Pulsor rotor stator uses a pumping rotor and toothed stator to provide moderate shear and medium flow capacity. The Pulsor is a great solution for tank-to-tank or recirculating processes where the final product can be achieved in multiple passes or with additional mixing downstream. Available in 2 configurations for increased pumping action. The UltraShear rotor stator provides a lower flow in exchange for the highest shear of the ShearPro tools. Use an UltraShear rotor stator to achieve the smallest particle size in a single pass through the ShearPro. Exceptional for use of thickening agents such as guar gum or polyacrylamide. Available in 4 configurations increasing in shear stages. Experience the power of precision mixing with the ShearPro In-line Mixer - your go-to solution for versatile, high intensity in-line mixing, delivering unmatched results across various applications.
