5 Gallon Wax Blankets

The WX05 5-gallon Wax Blanket eliminates common issues in traditional wax heating methods. It prevents scorching and eliminates the need to constantly monitor a double boiler. Powerblanket’s Wax Blanket, specifically designed for standard-sized 5-gallon metal pails, melts wax or glycerin safely and efficiently into a usable liquid form. Its targeted heating elements provide even heat distribution from top to bottom, making it a reliable and user-friendly solution. Simply wrap the blanket around your bucket, plug it in, and check back periodically to monitor progress. Reliable Performance and Safe Operation The Wax Blanket runs on 120 volts AC, drawing 1.46 amps to deliver 175 watts of power. Its preset thermostat maintains a consistent blanket temperature of 200°F (93.3°C) and keeps the product temperature at 185°F (85°C) with a tolerance of ±10°F (5°C). Avoid using the Wax Blanket on plastic or poly buckets, as the high temperatures can melt these materials. The Powerblanket 5-gallon Wax Blanket features a patented design that applies uniform, full-coverage heat. This design prevents hot spots and cold spots, ensuring your wax remains at the ideal viscosity. It also protects against nutrient loss and burning, making it the perfect tool for maintaining the quality of your materials. Built to Last with Certified Safety Every Powerblanket 5-gallon Wax Blanket boasts a durable, insulated, full-wrap design equipped with secure cinch straps for a snug fit. The blankets are water-resistant and meet ETL, UL, and CSA safety standards, offering you peace of mind with every use.
