5 ATTACKS SUBSYSTEM, X-FACTOR SOLO DRILLS

The 5 Attacks Subsystem is an introduction to Pekiti-Tirsia solo stick or sword work based on the template of basic 5 Attacks; which are four diagonal strikes/cuts and an angle 5 thrust. The X-Factor drills turn the 5 into an algebraic equation: ie "What is X?"  X equals anything that is not a diagonal strike/cut with your primary weapon.  This video contains drills for solo training that give samples of how to apply these movements efficiently and with power.
