Vive - 5" Alternating Pressure Pad - Bedsore Prevention

Targeted pressure relief, quiet airflow, and everyday comfort for healthier skin and better rest. For individuals spending extended time in bed—whether recovering from surgery, managing limited mobility, or supporting long-term care—skin protection is non-negotiable. The Vive Health 5" Alternating Pressure Pad is engineered to deliver consistent relief, helping prevent painful pressure sores while promoting a safer, more comfortable sleep environment. At the heart of this system is its gentle alternating pressure technology. The 5-inch air cells inflate and deflate in a rotating sequence, continuously redistributing weight to relieve pressure on vulnerable areas like the hips, shoulders, and tailbone. This rhythmic airflow helps keep blood circulating—an essential defense against skin breakdown and discomfort. The included pressure pump is quiet, efficient, and easy to operate. With adjustable settings, caregivers and users can tailor the firmness and cycle speed to individual comfort levels. Once running, the pump maintains a steady, therapeutic airflow without becoming distracting—ideal for overnight use. Sized to fit standard twin beds, the mattress overlay is designed for compatibility with home bedrooms, hospital-style beds, and care facilities. Its durable waterproof cover adds an extra layer of protection against spills, moisture, and incontinence, while remaining soft enough to avoid irritation against the skin. Cleaning is simple, and the entire setup is built to withstand daily use. Despite its therapeutic features, the pad remains lightweight and easy to install. It lays directly over an existing mattress and secures with integrated flaps, making setup quick for caregivers and convenient for home use. When not needed, it can be rolled and stored without taking up valuable space. For anyone seeking a reliable, cost-effective solution to prevent pressure injuries, the Vive Health 5" Alternating Pressure Pad delivers both comfort and peace of mind. It’s a thoughtful blend of smart design, quiet performance, and dependable protection—helping ensure every night’s rest supports better wellness.
