5/8″ Silicone Tubing Per ft 16mm

aquaLife Premium Silicone Tubing Flexible Vibration Reducing Aquarium Plumbing Connector Improve system performance and reduce noise with aquaLife Premium Silicone Tubing designed specifically for use in larger aquarium plumbing systems. Ideal for creating short flexible connections between rigid plumbing and pumps this high quality silicone tubing helps absorb vibration reduce noise and improve overall system stability. Unlike rigid connections that transfer vibration through plumbing aquaLife silicone tubing acts as a flexible buffer. This results in quieter operation less stress on fittings and smoother water flow in both freshwater and saltwater systems. Built from durable high purity silicone this tubing remains soft and flexible over time without hardening or cracking even in demanding environments. Available Sizes Inside dimension 13mm 1/2 inch 16mm 5/8 inch 20mm 3/4 inch 25mm 1 inch Features and Benefits Reduces pump vibration and system noise Creates flexible connections between rigid plumbing and equipment Will not harden crack or become brittle over time Maintains flexibility for long term use Safe for freshwater and saltwater aquariums Ideal for return pumps external pumps and sump connections Why Silicone Matters Rigid plumbing systems can transmit vibration directly from pumps causing noise and long term stress on fittings and seals. Using a short section of aquaLife silicone tubing isolates vibration and helps extend the life of your equipment while improving overall system performance. Applications Pump connections in sump systems Return line vibration isolation External pump plumbing transitions Flexible couplings in rigid PVC systems Why It Matters Noise and vibration are common issues in high performance aquarium systems. aquaLife Premium Silicone Tubing provides a simple and effective solution by creating a flexible break in rigid plumbing reducing noise and protecting your investment. Directions Cut tubing to the desired length and install between rigid plumbing and pump connections. Ensure a secure fit on barbed or slip fittings. For best results use short sections to maximize vibration isolation.
