5.56×45 85gr BTHP Match Velocity Ammunition (Made in USA By Veteran Owned Business)

Velocity Ammunition’s 5.56 85Gr BTHP  Yeah, we know; this round is heavy but trust us when we say you’re going to want to try it. Our 5.56×45 85Gr BTHP is engineered for precision, tested to deliver up to 1/4 MOA or less in barrels featuring 1:7 and even 1:8 twist rates. The 85-grain projectile ensures exceptional stability, providing tight groupings at medium and long ranges while still being magazine length. Whether you’re sharpening your skills at the range or engaging distant targets in tactical scenarios, this ammunition delivers the accuracy you demand. This round shoots better than you do. DISCLAIMER: It is highly, highly advised that you only use this ammunition in 1:8 or faster to correctly stabilize this projectile. If a slower twist rate is used, it is very possible that you will see destabilization occur or at the very least a loss in accuracy. Bullet: BTHP Match 85Gr Overall Length: 2.25” Muzzle Velocity: 2642 FPS (16” AR Upper) 2472 FPS (11.5” AR Upper) Suppressor Use Notice: This ammunition is designed with suppressed use in mind; however, users should always confirm safe firearm setup before suppressor use. Before attaching a suppressor, verify projectile stabilization and safe operation by firing unsuppressed and inspecting targets for clean, round impacts. Confirm suppressor alignment and barrel concentricity prior to use. Do not continue firing if keyholing, unusual sound signatures, point-of-impact anomalies, or signs of projectile instability are observed. Always follow suppressor manufacturer guidance and ensure all components are properly installed and torqued.
