OPTIONS FOR ORDERS LARGER THAN 3,000 SQ FT: (contact us for pricing) SillBor (Borate) Clear Treated & KDAT – pressure treated with a clear chemical that protects against insects and then it is kiln dried after treatment (KDAT).  This product is intended for interior uses. Note: Since it is kiln dried a second time, KDAT lumber tends to have more surface checks than normal. Erawood Clear Treated & KDAT – pressure treated with a clear chemical that protects against rot and decay and then it is kiln dried after treatment (KDAT).  This product is intended for above ground exterior applications.  Note:  This is our most popular KDAT.  Note: Since it is kiln dried a second time, KDAT lumber tends to have more surface checks than normal. Factory Prestaining – we apply your choice of Sherwin Williams Oil-Based Superdeck Semi-Transparent stain colors or their clear sealer.  Factory Fire Treating – we apply Flame Stop II Class A topical treatment.  Note:  If you need it prestained as well it will require TWO coats of water based (cannot use oil based) stain.
