4Throws Training Javelin

Our 4Throws training javelins are made as an option to save valuable mileage on competition javelins. Our basic training javelins are built to meet World Athletics specifications. These aluminum alloy spears are more flexible than our competition javelins, reducing stress on the thrower. These training javelins hold up very well to high volume throwing. They are designed for a training environment with a moderate level of flex to avoid injury while developing the technique required to start throwing stiffer and more advanced javelins. You can choose what weight you would like your training javelin to be, offering in 300g, 400g, 500g, 600g, 700g and 800g weights. Best for: Beginners starting out in the sport, high school and college training sessions
