4BROS Smith & Wesson DadBod Appendix Rig

4BROS Smith & Wesson DadBod Appendix Rig – IWB Sidecar Holster Built for Comfort and Concealment Designed for comfort, built for concealment. The 4BROS Smith & Wesson DadBod Appendix Rig is an IWB (Inside Waistband) sidecar-style holster engineered to improve appendix carry comfort—especially for larger body types. Traditional appendix rigs can dig into the stomach or hip when sitting, bending, or driving. The DadBod Appendix Rig solves that problem with adjustable spacing between the holster and magazine carrier. While this rig was originally designed with bigger builds in mind, the adjustable width allows the system to be tuned for nearly any body type. Whether you carry with a larger frame or a slimmer build, the flexible spacing system helps position the holster comfortably while maintaining excellent concealment. The holster and magazine carrier are connected using our durable Tegris Appendix Adapter Plate. This adapter includes a relief D-cut that adds flex and reduces pressure points commonly felt with rigid sidecar-style holsters. If you are running a smaller firearm platform, you may prefer the 4BROS DadBod SubCompact Appendix Rig, designed specifically for subcompact pistols. Key Features Built for Bigger Bodies – Increased spacing between the holster and mag carrier improves comfort during appendix carry, especially when sitting or bending. Adjustable Width – Fine-tune the distance between the holster and magazine carrier to match your body type and preferred carry position. Tegris Appendix Adapter Plate – Strong, lightweight, and slightly flexible to reduce pressure points and improve daily carry comfort. Retention on the Light – Light-bearing versions lock securely onto the weapon-mounted light, providing consistent retention across compatible pistols. Adjustable Cant & Ride Height – Both the holster and magazine carrier allow ride height and cant adjustments to match your preferred appendix carry angle. Durable Kydex Construction – Precision-formed Kydex provides consistent retention, excellent durability, and a smooth draw stroke.
