FAQs: What is the 4BROS DadBod Appendix Rig? It’s an IWB sidecar-style holster system designed for appendix carry with extra spacing between the holster and magazine carrier to improve comfort, especially for larger body types. Who should use this holster? This rig was built with bigger guys in mind, but includes adjustable width to fit any body type comfortably. If traditional appendix rigs dig into your stomach or hip, this may be a better solution. What pistols and lights does this holster support? The rig is custom-formed to your exact firearm and light selection. Supported models are listed in the dropdown menu on the product page. How does retention work? The holster’s retention is on the weapon-mounted light for light-bearing models or on the pistol for pistol-only models. This ensures a snug fit and reliable draw. The magazine carrier has a retention adjustment on the side. Is this holster modular or customizable? Yes. Both cant and ride height are adjustable. You can also ask us about special color requests or limited edition drops. What if my pistol or light isn’t listed in the dropdown menu? If you don’t see your specific firearm or light listed, contact us here—we may already have it in production or be able to custom-build it for you.
