472003 Spring

The 472003 Spring by Blackmer is a precision-engineered component designed specifically for use in Blackmer positive displacement pumps and sliding vane pump systems. Made from high-grade, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, this spring offers durability and reliable tension under demanding industrial conditions. Its specific dimensions include a coil diameter of 20 mm, a wire diameter of 3 mm, and an overall length of 50 mm, ensuring compatibility with various Blackmer pump models. The 472003 Spring provides a consistent compression force, helping to maintain proper sealing, pressure, and pump efficiency during operation. It is primarily used in chemical processing, petroleum, and fluid transfer industries for pump maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks. This spring is ideal for technicians and maintenance personnel seeking to restore or improve pump performance with genuine Blackmer replacement parts. The package typically contains one 472003 Spring per order, with other pump components not included. Regular inspection for signs of wear, corrosion, or deformation is recommended, and replacement should occur if the spring loses tension or shows damage. Cleaning can be performed with standard industrial solvents compatible with stainless steel. The 472003 Spring is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, ensuring reliable performance in industrial applications. As a key component, the 472003 Spring helps extend the longevity and operational safety of Blackmer pumps, supporting optimal pump performance and reliability in industrial settings.
