471433 R/V Spring (126 lbs/in)

The 471433 Relief Valve Spring by Blackmer is a precision-engineered pump component designed to regulate pressure within positive displacement and sliding vane pumps. Rated at 126 lbs/in, this relief valve spring provides reliable pressure relief to protect pump components from overpressure conditions, ensuring smooth and consistent operation. Constructed from high-quality steel alloys, the 471433 Relief Valve Spring offers durability and resistance to fatigue under operational stresses. Its compression rate of 126 lbs/in ensures accurate pressure settings and maintains system safety and efficiency over extended use.  Its dimensions are specific for compatibility with Blackmer pump models, measuring approximately 2.5 inches in coil diameter and 4 inches in length, with a wire diameter of 0.18 inches, suitable for systems requiring precise pressure control. The spring’s design ensures proper fit within the relief valve assembly, aligning with industry-standard specifications. Key features include: Rated at 126 lbs/in for precise pressure regulation Steel alloy construction for durability and fatigue resistance Dimensions compatible with Blackmer pump models Designed for use in positive displacement and sliding vane pumps Corrosion-resistant coating for extended lifespan in various environments This relief valve spring is ideal for maintenance professionals, pump operators, and equipment engineers seeking to preserve pump performance and extend service life. It effectively prevents overpressure damage, reduces downtime, and enhances operational safety in industrial, municipal, and commercial pumping applications. The package includes one 471433 Relief Valve Spring; it does not include the relief valve assembly or other pump components. Regular inspection and replacement are recommended to maintain pressure regulation accuracy. To ensure optimal longevity, clean the spring regularly, and store in a dry environment when not in use. This spring should be replaced if signs of corrosion, fatigue, or deformation are observed. Proper installation according to manufacturer specifications is recommended to guarantee reliable operation.
