46 Sofa

The 46 Sofa is a timeless expression of Scandinavian design genius, originally conceived by Finn Juhl in 1946 and now meticulously crafted by hand in Denmark. With its softly organic silhouette and inviting proportions, this two-seater couples artistic vision with everyday comfort — a true centerpiece for modern interiors. Crafted on a rich walnut wood frame, the sofa’s sleek sculptural base provides both stability and warmth, its natural grain adding depth and tactile beauty to the design. The hand-sewn sheepskin upholstery enhances every curve and contour, creating a sumptuous seat that’s as inviting to lounge on as it is striking to behold. From its gently flowing backrest to its poised stance, the 46 Sofa brings an artistic, almost sculptural quality to living spaces, reflecting Juhl’s early inspiration from modern art and his belief that furniture should be “a body for the body.” The resulting form embraces occupants with grace and elegance, making it perfect for intimate conversations, relaxed afternoons, or simply elevating the style of a room. Whether in a minimalist loft or a classic living room, the walnut and sheepskin finish enhances its visual warmth and timeless appeal — a lasting piece designed to be cherished across generations.  Dimensions: 53.5" Length | 31.5" Depth | 34.25 Height  Materials: Oiled Walnut Wood, Sheepskin.  Pre-Order: Expected 4-5 weeks. please note: for shipping & returns please review our Shipping & Return Policy
