Kukko 45-8 3 Jaw Puller (100mm - 650mm)

Highlights: NOTE: Pictures may depict slightly different model or optional add-ons.  Made In Germany. AUTOGRIP: The jaws clamp and center automatically. This technology creates constant downward force on the jaws helping to prevent slipping / clicking Used for pulling extremely large bearings, gears, pulleys, and discs. The Kukko 45-8 3 jaw puller is a heavy-duty tool designed for extracting large bearings, gears, pulleys, and discs. Manufactured in Germany, it features a three-arm design that ensures even load distribution while securely gripping the part being removed. With its AUTOGRIP technology, the jaws automatically clamp and center, applying constant downward force to minimize slipping.  This large bearing puller has self-centering hooks which ensure a secure engagement. The mechanical pressure screw, combined with a milled thread coated for durability, enhances performance. A specialized spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping during operation. With a spread of 100-650 mm and a depth of 500 mm, this puller accommodates a wide range of applications. The hexagon drive measures 36 mm, and the tool withstands up to 450 Nm of torque and 150 kN of tensile force.  A safety label protects intellectual property, and a tube of Kukko special grease is included to maintain the pressure spindle. Designed for longevity, the Kukko 45-8 3 jaw puller features corrosion-resistant KUKKoating, with most components available as replacements. Features: Standard pulling hook. Automatic self-centering pulling hooks. The three-arm design ensures that the load is distributed evenly and that the part to be removed is held securely. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball and tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Kukko Advantage: Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Almost all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Strong design, high performance and long service life. Self-healing corrosion protection KUKKoating for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle.
