45.202 = Electroking Electrocleaning Powder (2lbs)

EarthCoat ElectroKing Electrocleaning Concentrate Powder is an ecologically friendlier cleansing solution for metals. ElectroKing is an excellent soak cleaner and electrocleaner for the jewelry and industrial industry. Simply mix 1/4 lb powder per gallon and start cleaning by simple immersion or electrocleaning. Directions (with rectifier): 1. Dissolve Electroking powder in water (ratio of 1/4lb per gallon of water). 2. Mix well. 3. Heat solution to 140-160°F 4. Connect stainless steel anode to positive and workpiece to negative of your rectifier. 5. Electroplate at 2-6 volts for 15-30 seconds. 6. Rinse well in distilled water. 7. Add tap water to the solution if the level gets too low. Directions (without rectifier): 1. Dissolve Electroking powder in water (ratio of 1/4lb per gallon of water). 2. Mix well. 3. Heat solution to 140-160°F 4. Immerse items to be cleaned 1-5 minutes. 5. Rinse well in distilled water. 6. Add tap water to the solution if the level gets too low. Sold as a powder concentrate in a 2 lb container.
