Kukko 45-1 3 Jaw Puller (0mm - 100mm)

Highlights: Made In Germany. AUTOGRIP: Self-centering of the jaws through manual tightening of the spindle. SWITCH: Safe positioning of the spindle through a rotatable spindle tip on both smooth surfaces and during centerings.  3-jaw ensures an even force distribution and allows for greater pulling forces. Anti-slip safety (spindle neck) at the spindle head for safe working with a wrench. Spindle outlet to protect the thread Used for pulling bearings, gears, and discs. The Kukko 45-1 3 jaw puller is a high-quality tool designed for the removal of bearings, gears, and discs. Manufactured in Germany, it features a self-centering mechanism that ensures even force distribution for secure and precise operation. With its three-arm design, it provides stability and grip while working on various components. This puller tool incorporates an AUTOGRIP system, allowing manual tightening for proper alignment. Its spindle tip is rotatable, making it suitable for use on smooth surfaces and centered applications. The anti-slip safety feature at the spindle neck enhances secure handling, while the spindle outlet protects the thread from damage. The standard pulling hooks, automatic self-centering mechanism, and mechanical pressure screw make it a versatile bearing puller. A milled, specially coated thread enhances durability, while the spindle’s two-sided tip optimally adjusts to the shaft for added efficiency. With a strong construction and corrosion-resistant KUKKoating, this puller ensures long-term reliability. The spindle head band prevents slipping when using a wrench, and most components are replaceable, streamlining maintenance. A special grease tube is included for optimal performance. The Kukko 45-1 3 jaw puller is built for durability, offering high pulling forces and consistent results. Features: Standard pulling hook. Automatic self-centering pulling hooks. Three-arm design ensures that the load is distributed evenly, & that the part to be removed is held securely. Optimal adjustment of the spindle to the shaft with 2-sided spindle tip (ball & tip). Mechanical pressure screw. Milled thread treated with special coating. Kukko Advantage: Spindle head band prevents the wrench from slipping off. Nearly all components available as replacement parts, time-saving order process thanks to numbering system. Strong design, high performance and long service life. KUKKoating: Self-healing corrosion protection for galvanized parts (WITHOUT chrom VI). Safety label to ensure protection of intellectual property. A tube of KUKKO special grease included for pressure spindle.
