It can measure work-pieces on larger industrial machines because of the longer-than-normal reach. This item includes the adjustment (indicator holder), but not the base. So you'll need to screw it into your machine, buy a base separately, or use a base you already have. Using your Fisso articulating arm is extremely easy. Attach your favorite dial indicator to the adjustment, position it, twist the knob, and you're ready to start measuring. Still have questions?
