Prehnite Birds, Mother & Chick by Raymond Tsalate - Zuni Fetish

A fantastic prehnite mother bird and chick carved with turquoise* inlaid eyes, mounted to a lapis base with a turquoise* and Mediterranean coral and turquoise* offering bundle circling the pair! Carved by Ray Tsalate, the stone he tells us is from Africa; created during a meteor shower and symbolizes unconditional love. Ray thought this stone would be appropriate for the bird and chick that materialized and would wonderfully symbolize the love between mother and child!
