The Ultimate Backyard Centerpiece When ordinary fire pits simply aren't enough, the 41-inch Heavy-Duty Pioneer Fire Pit delivers an unforgettable experience. Handcrafted in the USA from 3/16-inch thick American steel, this extra-large wood-burning fire pit is designed for homeowners who love entertaining, hosting family gatherings, and creating an outdoor space that people remember. With its impressive 21-inch deep hemisphere bowl, this fire pit holds an incredible amount of firewood, allowing you to build larger, longer-lasting fires that produce exceptional warmth throughout the evening. At approximately 178 pounds, this is more than just a fire pit—it's a permanent centerpiece for your backyard, patio, cabin, or outdoor entertaining space. Unlike lightweight imported fire pits that often warp or burn through after only a few seasons, the Evergreen Patio Hemisphere Fire Pit is built from premium American steel for years of dependable enjoyment. As the natural steel ages, it develops a rich rustic patina that gives every fire pit its own unique character while requiring very little maintenance. Whether you're hosting a backyard party, gathering family for the holidays, or enjoying quiet evenings beneath the stars, the 41-inch Pioneer Fire Pit creates the kind of outdoor experience people never forget. Why Choose the 41" Hemisphere? This fire pit was designed for homeowners who want the biggest fires and the biggest impact. They are made to withstand the elements and can be left outdoors year-round without compromising their structural integrity. Natural Patina: Over time, your fire pit will naturally develop a rich patina as it is exposed to weather and heat. This weathered finish is a normal characteristic of raw steel and adds unique character to each fire pit. The snuffer lid is also made of steel and will develop the same natural patina over time. After Each Use: - Allow the fire pit to cool completely before handling. - Remove excess ash once the fire pit has cooled. - Empty accumulated ash periodically to help maintain proper airflow through the bottom drainage holes. Weather Exposure: Our fire pits are designed to remain outdoors in all seasons, including rain, snow, and sun. The drainage holes in the bottom of the fire pit allow water to escape, helping prevent standing water from collecting in the bowl. For the Best Burning Experience: For the cleanest, hottest fire with minimal smoke: - Burn only dry, seasoned hardwood. - Avoid green or wet wood, which produces excess smoke. - Build the fire gradually, allowing it to establish before adding larger logs. - Keep the drainage/airflow holes clear of ash and debris. Cleaning: No special cleaners are required. Remove ash as needed. If desired, wipe away dirt or debris with a dry cloth or brush. Do not paint or coat the fire pit, as the natural steel finish is intended to weather over time. Storage: No indoor storage is necessary. Your fire pit is built to be enjoyed outdoors throughout the year. *Please Note* The natural color of raw steel will continue to change with exposure to fire and the elements. Each fire pit develops its own unique patina, making every piece one of a kind. This is expected and is not considered a defect, but rather part of the beauty and character of handcrafted steel.
