Apply directly to the skin and blend.  This will result in an instant bold color that can be blended for your desired finish look. Perfect method for cheek and lips application. 2. Warm up and apply with clean fingers. Use the tip of your finger to warm up Color Balm and apply to skin by swiping a few times back and forth.
