4019119 | Genuine E-Controls® Electronic Pressure Regulator

Description: An Electronic Pressure Regulator 4019119 (EPR) is a device that precisely controls the pressure of a gas or liquid using electronic signals, rather than relying only on mechanical springs or diaphragms like traditional regulators. Electronic Pressure Regulator is used to regulate pressure, control fuel/gas flow, provide shutoff, and enable more precise fuel metering Part Number: 4019119 Condition: New Manufacture/Brand: E-Controls Fits 4019119 For propane/LPG/gaseous fuel systems, particularly in forklifts/lift trucks Fits Kubota Engines WG1605 WG2503 WG3800 Fits Vermeer Zamboni JLG Industries Skyjack Snorkel Forklift Model Engine/Power Unit Category Make 25G-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 25GC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 25L-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 25LC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 30G-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 30GC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 30L-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 30LC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 33G-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 33L-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 20L-7M HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 60L-7A GM 4.3 L LPG HYUNDAI 15L-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 15L-7M HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 15LC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 15LC-7M MMC / 2.0L LPG HYUNDAI 18L-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 18L-7M HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 18LC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 18LC-7M MMC / 2.0L LPG HYUNDAI 20L-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 20LC-7A HYUNDAI / L4KB LPG HYUNDAI 20LC-7M MMC / 2.0L LPG HYUNDAI 25GC-7S MITSUBISHI 2.4 L LPG HYUNDAI 25LC-7M PSI / 3.0 L LPG HYUNDAI 30GC-7S MITSUBISHI 2.4 L LPG HYUNDAI 30LC-7M PSI / 3.0 L LPG HYUNDAI 35L-7A PSI / 4.3 L LPG HYUNDAI 40L-7A PSI / 4.3 L LPG HYUNDAI 45L-7A PSI / 4.3 L LPG HYUNDAI 50L-7A PSI / 4.3 L LPG HYUNDAI 70L-7A GM 4.3 L LPG HYUNDAI 25GC-7M PSI / 3.0 L LPG HYUNDAI 30GC-7M PSI / 3.0 L LPG HYUNDAI Purpose of using 4019119:  1. Precise Pressure Control Maintains exact output pressure regardless of fluctuations in input pressure or demand. Especially important in systems like fuel injection, medical gases, or pneumatic tools where consistency is critical. 2.  Dynamic Adjustment (Real-Time Control) Automatically adjusts pressure in real time based on: Sensor feedback Engine load ECU (Engine Control Unit) signals No need for manual adjustment. 3. Improved Safety & Reliability Prevents overpressure or pressure drops that could damage equipment or cause unsafe conditions. Built-in shutoff functionality in many designs (e.g., for fuel systems). 4. Better Efficiency & Emissions Control In fuel systems (like LPG/CNG forklifts), it helps: Deliver the right amount of fuel at the right pressure. Improve combustion. Reduce fuel waste and harmful emissions. 5. Electronic Integration Can be controlled via: Engine control modules (ECUs) Programmable logic controllers (PLCs) Sensors / feedback loops Ideal for automated or smart systems. 6. Repeatability & Consistency Maintains consistent output over time and varying conditions, unlike mechanical regulators that may drift or wear out. Signs of a Bad Pressure Regulator 4019119: 1. Hard Starting or Failure to Start Engine cranks but doesn’t fire. Not enough fuel is reaching the engine due to pressure regulation failure. 2. Engine Stalling Sudden stalling during idle or under load. Caused by erratic or insufficient fuel/gas flow from a faulty EPR. 3. Rough Idle or Hesitation The engine surges, runs rough, or struggles to maintain a consistent idle. May be due to fluctuating pressure output from the regulator. 4. Loss of Power Under Load Engine runs but lacks power when accelerating or lifting (in forklifts). The EPR may not be increasing fuel pressure in response to higher demand. 5. Check Engine Light or Error Codes Fault codes related to: Fuel pressure Fuel system lean/rich conditions Communication loss with EPR (if electronically monitored) 6. Excessive Fuel Consumption or Emissions Inaccurate fuel delivery leads to: Rich or lean mixtures Poor combustion High emissions (and possibly failed emissions tests) 7. Unusual Noises Hissing, clicking, or pulsing noises from the regulator itself may indicate: Internal valve malfunction Leaking diaphragm Solenoid failure 8. Fuel Leaks or Smell (LPG/CNG Systems) Physical damage to the EPR housing, cracked seals, or failed fittings can cause gas leaks. Especially dangerous in LPG/CNG-powered machines. 9. No Voltage / Signal Response If the regulator uses a signal from the ECU and it doesn’t respond to it, it may be: Internally failed Burned out solenoid Broken wiring / connector issue (could mimic regulator failure) About the Manufacturer – E-Controls EControls is a leading manufacturer of advanced engine control systems, specializing in fuel delivery and pressure regulation technologies for industrial, off-highway, and alternative fuel applications.
