Accountability Coaching

I love Health and fitness and I believe that overall wellness is the key to happiness. I love helping busy women make their fitness goals a reality! I will encourage, motivate, keep you accountable and help you develop strategies so that you can achieve your fitness goals and live a healthier life permanently. I will work with you to develop an action plan to achieve your goals. We’ll clarify your ultimate goals and set immediate action steps for the next 4 or 8 weeks I will meet with you weekly to provide feedback on what you've done, discuss solutions to your challenges, and set action steps for the next week.  I will keep you accountable.
