Hunter WVC400 — 4-Station Wireless Battery Valve Controller

The Hunter WVC400 is a compact, battery-powered 4‑station wireless valve controller designed for sites without standard electrical access. Built for medians, roundabouts, parks, construction sites, and remote properties, the WVC400 installs in a valve box for a vandal‑resistant, out‑of‑sight solution that delivers reliable seasonal operation and simple annual maintenance. Battery powered and efficient: Runs from a single 9‑volt battery with minimal current draw thanks to a latching solenoid design; simple annual battery replacement. Four stations, flexible scheduling: Controls up to four valves with up to nine start times per program and station run times up to four hours. Wireless programming and range: Pairs with the WVP wireless programmer for programming and diagnostics from up to 100 feet away — no need to open the valve box for configuration. Rugged, waterproof construction: IP68-rated housing with a double‑sealed battery compartment and O‑ring seals for reliable underground installation. Compatible solenoid: Designed to operate DC latching solenoids (order Hunter P/N 458200) for minimal power consumption. Compact dimensions & operating range: 3-1/4" diameter × 5" height; operating temperature range -18°C to 66°C; frequency 900 MHz (U.S./Australia) / 869.85 MHz (Europe). Included documentation and manuals provide installation, programming, and troubleshooting guidance for system setup with the WVP programmer.
